"Every single time I have to ride with these people they ALWAYS make me late for my appointments and my newborns appointments too. They are never on time for scheduled pick ups and on top of that when you're ready to leave your appointment they always make you wait an hour or longer. Not once have they ever been on time and 1 time they actually made me 5 hours late for my appointment and then I had to wait almost 2 hours to return home when I was done. They have actually drove past my doctor's office for my appointment in order to go pick up another rider and made me late for my appointment that time too but at least that time it was only 15 minutes. This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST. If you have a choice DO NOT choose this company PERIOD. Edit: the most recent trip with them I was 6 minutes late for my appointment and then had to wait 2 hours to finally be picked up to go home again that's twice I've had to wait 2 hours or more for a ride home."

"They used to be a 4 then it was a three plus but now they are a 2+. 85% of the drivers plus are great, the problem is in the office personnel. The Chick Click as the drivers call it. I have been abandoned at places without a ride because the supervisor that was driving wasn't smart enough or honest enough to pick me up at the allotted time. I have had my rides never scheduled. I and my rides canceled . I have lost full days pay and overtime due to this and I've had to pay money that I don't have to spend on Uber rides to get home on more than one occasionand to just get where I need to because the Supervisor doesn't know the rules/ here job!It needs an office clean out then the operation might work pretty nicely ...they might even get some good drivers back that they ran off with the soap opera that goes on."

"That short Mexican dude needs to be fired both times I had him I was either almost late to my appointment that someone in my family had to take me cause he came after my appointment started and then I waited like two hours to get home. My family started to worry and even the workers came to ask"

"Look up ec rider on Google to find routes, stops and times. Fair is $2.00 , $1.00 for 60 and up. Find the little blue circle signs with the buses in them and be standing at them and be sure you WAVE AT THE BUS to alert the drivers. They don't allow eating food or drinks with out screw on caps, more than three bags per passenger, smoking, violent or abusive behavior towards drivers or passengers. Drivers are respectable some have their bad days cause they deal with some awful people on occasion, but most are very well mannered. They do not just drop you off anywhere or pick you up anywhere, the prime focus of this company seems to be safety above all else. This transit system can get you in the ball park of where you need to go especially in destin. All in all it's decent. Be mindful that they are limited by traffic so time vary, I recommend being 10min early at your stop."
