"I have been to plenty of Advance Auto Parts in the past and had a good idea of what to expect. I went to this branch to grab some wiper blades for my car. Upon entering I noticed how well stocked the store seemed to be, and how clean, nice! I was acknowledged when I entered by the associate behind the register who asked if I needed any help with anything. I told her I was fine but thank you. I found what I needed and went to the same lady (Amanda) at the register to pay. She was very friendly and polite, and even took the extra time to fully ensure the wiper blades would indeed fit my car before I left, excellent customer service! I would not hesitate in returning to this store again in the future if I needed to."
"Had to replace the battery for the first time in my 2010 Lincoln MKX, went here as usual, never had to touch the battery. They changed it out for me with a new one, gave them the old battery, saved $22,00. for the core charge. My Lincoln cranks like a dream and the price was banging. Thanks folks for always being a great place when I need a replacement. 5 Stars!!!!!"

They have never tried to sell me the most expensive item just because. They give me the information, so I can make an informed decision. I respect that.
