"My husband and son’s dental insurance coverage changed so I did my research and heard great things about River Crossing Dental. Made the appointment several months in advance. The office changed it three times even before they stepped foot in there. I finally told them if they change it again we were not coming in. My son and husband had their appointments which were just routine cleanings. They gave them every exam and evaluation they could think of. My son was charged $94 and was told he had two cavities. My husband was given the same exact evaluation but was charged $112 and told he had two cavities too. They both have never had a cavity in their lives. Now I get a bill in the mail for $187.00. So in the end two dental cleanings will cost us close to $400? I’ve never had this at any other dentist I have been to. We are disputing and will not be back."
"This place is the best for dental care. Using all the latest technologies available, staff is wonderful! My Dentist Dr Parsons is great as she takes her time and does not rush procedures and makes you feel so comfortable. So glad I found this practice and recommend them to all. This place makes going to the dentist a very pleasant experience!"
"I have had several bad experiences in the past with dental offices. I will say that I was unexpectedly surprised at my experience with River Crossing Dental. My hygienist, Brittany, was spectacular! She informed me about everything she was doing and what to expect next. She was very comfortable to talk with and put me at ease which is what I like at a dentist office. Dr. Monica was very personable and was keen on forming a relationship with me as well as seeing to my medical needs. This was an awesome experience as far as visits to the dentist go! I’m happy to have found a new dentist!"
