"If I could give this place zero stars, I would my husband took my vehicle to get an oil change. Not even 30 minutes later all the oil from my car spilled all over my garage floor. My check engine light came on and the car wasn’t driving well like it’s about to shut off. My husband took my car right away to Jiffy Lube to see what they did with my car they didn’t even know what the problem was but the re did the oil change and told him it was fine before my husband could leave the parking lot all my lights came back on my husband went back again to tell them something is wrong with my car they couldn’t tell him what happened with my car the workers were all on their phones googling and watching YouTube videos on what could possibly be wrong my 2021 dodge Durango was completely fine until we brought it here to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I will never come back to this place. We did contact corporate and we worked with somebody named Andrew Who told us he watched the video and he could see that the workers did something wrong with our vehicle told us to take it to Dodge to see what the issue we found out that the left intake, camshaft, the camshaft position sensor, the intake, cam phaser, and the oil control valve all need to be replaced . Jiffy Lube is paying for our vehicle to get fixed but we have to wait two weeks for parts and for Dodge dealership to fix our vehicle it’s been a hassle all because an oil change. Andrew was very professional and went above and beyond to help us but as far as this location I’m Not sure what their employees are doing or what they’re teaching their employees but I will never come back to this place."

I got my oil changed here pricing very reasonable, this shop is clean there work is clean. BIG THANK YOU TO DAVID AND HIS CREW!!! "Full synthetic oil change costs more than 2x Walmarts price. I asked why...was the oil better. They had no idea. If there is not an exceptional value added, then there is no reason to recommend this store. Unless you just can't wait around for a walmart tech to get the work done. In that case, this might be your oil change place"

"Omg. Oil price is great 49.99. Staff is wonderful but there are tons of “extra” fees. My 49.99 oil change cost $120 in the end. They start the process before they give you a total. There is an oil disposal fee. They do not top off fluids like other companies. That is 6.99 extra. Just for transmission fluid. 6.99 for an extra quart of oil. I mistakenly had then add a fuel and line cleanser (my fault) 49.99. They try to talk and scare you into buying other products that you may or may not need. This is the first visit I have had stuff started without an approval from me. I will not come back to any jiffy lube. It was a VERY expensive oil change"
