Cancellation polices are highly suspect and being overcharged initially made me have reservations about dealing with this company. I was also billed twice on numerous occasions for the same lesson. The customer service leaves much to be desired and the owner seems more interested in profit over student satisfaction. Look elsewhere for competent and trustworthy music lessons. This is not the place for anything decent or what qualifies as customer friendly or caring."
