"I have had a great experience with Dr Cook, his staff, and the physical therapy office. My shoulder surgery went well, and I am healing up great. The physical therapists do a great job with explaining the why's of what you're doing as well as ways to help optimize your recovery. Yes, there can be very long wait times to be seen by the doctors, which for a working person would be frustrating, but since I'm retired, I just brought a book with me to read. I would weigh the excellent care I received with the wait times, and it would still be a high star rating."

"Dr. Cook and Dr. Williams are wonderful doctors, but their office staff have really went downhill. They really need to bring the front desk staff they had back in 2022. The girls that were at the check out window were always so nice and helpful and very polite."

"I have been trying for 6 weeks to get an MRI after visiting Dr. Cook's PA Heather Fleming. The actual appt. Went well but was denied service by UH health because they lacked info on referral. I've called multiple times and requested a peer to peer call to appeal my case now for a month but it never happened. As a result, I play phone tag and my knee aches. Don't take new patients if you can't provide service."

"I was VERY happy with Dr. Williams and my total knee replacement. The PT dept was also fantastic. My one star review is for my disappointment in Dr.Cook. I have right shoulder pain, was told I'm not eligible for shoulder replacement till age 65 (I'm 63) or arthroscopic procedure ("surgery Is surgery") recently something has drastically changed. I am in severe pain and basically can not use my arm. I had a depo shot in Nov which lasted about 6 weeks. My next appointment is not until April 17th. I called the office and was told "they are very busy and have no openings" the receptionist (very nice) said she would email both Dr Cook and his nurse practitioner. She stated they might be able to call in a script. I'm not looking for pain medication I'm looking for a shot. Four days later I have heard nothing back. Is this how it would be if I were to have a problem after surgery? I have plenty of oxy left over from my knee, massive doses of ibuprofen give minimal relief (not great solutions with either one) very dissatisfied and seeking a new orthopedic"
