Our journey began in 2009 in our garage, and since then we have grown into a community-based fitness institution focused on enhancing both mental and physical well-being. Our classes are designed to provide a fun and supportive environment for individuals of all fitness levels. In addition to group workouts, we offer Advocacy and Recovery sessions for those in need of additional support. We also provide Personal Training sessions for those who may feel intimidated or nervous about jumping into group classes. Our goal is to create a holistic approach to health and wellness, where mental health, physical health, and community support converge.
