This restaurant was founded with the mission of sharing a love of food with a new clientele in the west of Ocala, including residents of Marion County, cross-country visitors, and day travelers from all over Florida. The restaurant aims to be a destination where friends and family can gather for delicious food, drinks, and conversation in a one-of-a-kind setting with stunning views of planes taking off and landing, as well as beautiful sunsets. Construction of Elevation89 began in March 2021 and was completed in time for the Grand Opening on October 21, 2021. Since then, the restaurant has received overwhelming support from the community and has become a popular dining spot in the area. The executive chef, Jeremy, has been with Elevation89 since its opening and has created a menu that truly reflects his culinary expertise.
