Synergy Sports Medicine and Fitness

"Karen is wonderful. She's very knowledgeable, she knows what she's doing. I have been to Two other PT's for my sacroiliac joint issue and then I learned about PRI specialists on youtube which lead me to Synergy Sports. I've had more progress in 1 visit with Karen than I did multiple visits at other PT's. That's not to discount the other therapists, My issues just happened to go deeper than their training could help me with. It's been a great experience thus far, and I look forward to growing stronger and getting balanced again. It has also helped open me emotionally on my most recent visit. I was driving home after the appointment and was singing in the car and it felt easier to sing again. And I just started to cry. It feels good getting connected again to the parts of myself I didn't even know were lost. (And thats coming from a very self aware person) Thanks a million Karen. Go for it guys she's worth every penny."

"After having 2 major surgeries, one of which left my left leg partially numb, I had faithfully done all of the rehab but still was walking with a waddle. I had one session with Karen in which she assessed my entire body and taught me a few exercises and breathing techniques.
