"I got my new tire changed here and they did a wonderful job with great new tire perks including free tire rotations. Every time I have come, the employees have been friendly and very helpful. I came back today to get my rotation and worked with Chris, he was incredibly friendly and kind and was able to get me taken care of. You can tell that he cares about his customers and the community. He did an outstanding job!"

"Man I know some tire places are shady but this place isn’t one of them. I had to replace a leaking tire(I knew it needed to be replaced) but didn’t want to spend a ton of money and had a far drive that weekend so I didn’t want to risk getting stranded. I called Mavis about rates and they matched all other competitors around town. So I booked an appointment for later that evening. I got there was greeted with a friendly welcome and had a good interaction with the staff. If I need to replace more tires this is my go to spot for tires, and did I mention it was quick. Josh did a great job helping me upfront with choosing the right tire for my budget and the team in the back knocked out the job quick. What set them apart for me is that I had some cool tire caps that’s I knew where going to be gone with the new set of tires I bought but to my surprise the caps were put back on to my new tires. Thank you once again!"

"Really good experience here. Always been iffy with Mavis since I’ve had a bad experience at another location with them leaving a spark plug out on a tune up, but this experience changed my mind on Mavis. Highly recommend this location. Josh was very helpful and very kind."

"Be careful where you change your tires. I had an old tire in the trunk and a spare one on the wheel. I came with my baby and a friend, changed two tires and when they finished, I saw these scratches. Josh was very rude and kept repeating that it wasn't his people's fault but mine when I put the tire on. But I didn't put the tire in, my boyfriend did, and after that there were no scratches. Even Josh was opening the trunk to see the tire inside. Josh offered to clean my car, but not to repair the scratches. Their manager has been out of office for days, 2 weeks I am calling and requesting video but no one has ever contacted me about these scratches, I spent almost $600 and now I need to deal with scratches ! I am very disappointed with their service. They are very rude and unprofessional. Google needs to add 0 stars!"

"Always very friendly when I need my tires fixed. They were extremely busy today and had to order different parts for different customers. They were still able to help me with my tire. Darren was very professional and pleasant to work with. And helped every client who walked in and answered every call that came through."
