"What an absolute JOKE of a hospital. I have never been more disgusted in my life. This coming from a person that was born in this hospital and seen it at its peak in the past. This hospital has fallen to the absolute pit of healthcare. No one has a clue what is going on. There is ZERO communication from one shift to the next. A few months ago they almost killed my wife by making mistakes and now they have made so many mistakes back to back to back that my grandmother might die. Sheer INCOMPETENCE. Doctor says “close the tube”. Nurse Opens the tube. Doctor says “liquid diet”. Nurse brings solid food. Honestly if I listed everything that they have screwed up within the last month this post would never end. I live 1 mile from this hospital and wouldn’t go there if I was about to die. I’d take my chances driving ANYWHERE ELSE. I really hope the management of this facility understands the cluster that this place has become. They need to do better. Just disgusted."

"ER is full of rude staff who thinks everyone who comes in, isnt in ANY pain!!! My sister was in the waiting room in pain for 4.5 hrs prior to her being seen in the ER. It took for me to ask what the wait was about, prior to calling her back. The RN came out screaming her name very rude, saw she was in a wheel chair, and expected her to get up and walk to the room. She then refused to care for us once she put us in the room. Almost 5 hrs before seeing the MD. Feces and throw up on the chairs in waiting room. This is INHUMANE!!!!! Worst hospital ever, I wouldn’t want to go there, if it was the last hospital on earth! DO BETTER"

"Just amazing! i had doubts about this hospital due to the negative reviews i read, but since this was the only place my OB Dr. Wilkins Mondesir (AKA BOOBO) did deliveries i put all my trust on him and decided to come anyways because he has been just the best throughout my whole pregnancy journey. This hospital has left me speechless, i cannot put into words how happy i am i decided to give birth here, from the staff who were all so kind caring, compassionate, patient, careful, just all around amazing to the excellent food, very clean and sterile. I am just so happy i recommend this hospital to anybody and everybody"

"I have long time ties with this facility however this last encounter changed my viewpoint. Although not every moment was bad during my 6 day hospital stay. I was not impressed with the overall "care" I received. Started with focusing on the wrong diagnosis. I ended up having 5 doctors/specialists on my case. Unfortunately, it was not in a multidisciplinary approach----one provider didn't know what the other one did. I was horribly judged and criticized for trying to voice my concerns and/or symptoms. I ended up asking for a transfer to another facility where I stayed for another 6 days. Take away lesson is to please please listen to your patients. They need a compassion/caring attitude. That is crucial and foremost before you bestow any type of knowledge or skill."
