"We always have a pleasant experience visiting this office. Wait times are reasonable, all staff are very nice and caring. Dr Snyder has been seeing our baby since she was born for the last year now and he has been amazing. Always answers all of our questions, never feels like he is rushing us or anything and makes us feel like he has a genuine interest in our baby and lives. The nurses who do the shots and measurements are also all amazing and remember us every time we come in even though it’s been months and they see multiple patients a day. Can’t recommend this practice enough!"

"We love your office and would not go anywhere else for our daughters care. She has been visiting Carithers since birth and we could not be happier with your offices, nurses, doctors and call staff for appointments. I’m shocked reading any bad reviews on here because you can call this office, leave a message, and get a call back for a same day sick appointment to be scheduled, that is unheard of with most practices and they have always been accommodating and helpful with call backs too (over two years) on call nurses even went as far as calling me back at night to check on her. Thank you guys for what you do"

"I would not recommend Carithers at all. They never answer the phone and the on call nurses are very rude and lack empathy. Recently my daughter got diagnosed with C.diff but it took almost 2 weeks of calling to get someone to listen. I know my daughter and it’s not normal for her to have diarrhea and not want to touch any of her favorite foods. The nurse told me oh you have to wait until it’s been over 10 days so right now we can’t do anything. So then 12 days pass and her diapers are still horrible so we go in and the doctor tells us “ you should’ve come after 7 days so we could test her”. Then the medication to treat it is disgusting my daughter is gagging and I call to ask for suggestions and they just keep telling me to hold her down. She’s 2 years old. Spoke to a doctor at urgent care and they told us to get it flavored at a local pharmacy . Then my daughter started getting a horrible cough and just really cranky and fatigued. No nurse wanted to help. I called to talk to the office manager about the lack of empathy, the fact that I have to call 3 or 4 times to get a response and how my child got worse because no one wanted to listen. She didn’t seem to care either. And had an explanation for everything instead of apologizing and trying to help resolve the situation. I Brought my daughter to urgent care and turns out she has a really bad ear infection. Safe to say I transferred her care to a different practice. Somewhere that actually cares about children and their wellbeing."

"My husband and I called and left messages to set up an appointment for our upcoming newborn. Nobody ever got back to us. In addition, when you call they don’t pick up, you have to leave voicemails. It was just a red flag for us."

"So my son was sick yesterday and throughout the night. He had a slight cough and was sniffling a lot. He was having a fever and temperature spikes that resulted in a couple febrile seizures. (We handled it as we have before.) So today we monitor him and the same symptoms except his seizures were worse and lasted longer than it has in the past. SO, my wife calls the pediatrics in the morning to see if we can get an appointment. She says “since it’s too early we normally don’t accept patients.” She brushed off my wife. My son worsened. So my wife calls again in the afternoon and they told her NO a SECOND time. He’s not getting any better so we take him to the Pediatrix Urgent Care and turns out my son has STREP! I’m so glad we went or else it could’ve worsened for him! Safe to assume Carithers just wants to see healthy kids and not help the sick ones? So what is Carithers going to do to actively resolve these type of situations? Based on review responses all I see is “Sorry” and “Any feedback makes us better”"
