I called and set an appointment the next day and explained my situation to Dr Rachel. She said it should not be a problem and to come in. I showed up for the appointment and she immediately greeted me and then with no wait took me in and advised me she called the company for the special equipment I was seeking and did research on what would be best for my needs.
