"It could be that it’s Black Friday or it could be that it’s 9:32 in the morning but when I get to the drive-through which is completely empty, the restaurant is empty the lady answers over the intercom. Hi how are you in a very low energy I don’t wanna be here ton of voice, and I can hear the background with her talking to her other coworker in Spanish. I give her my order I wait 35 seconds and then she goes yes hi are you there? Can I help you? I just drove off obviously she doesn’t wanna work might as well stay home. It is what it is don’t come here. This is basically Bogotá in English."

"It's a Wendy's. So beef ever frozen guarantee. Service was quick. Several customers seen to rapidly by the single server. No mistakes. Got helpful suggestions. Food was consistent with the Wendy's quality. Good bang for buck"

"I visited this Wendy's October 09,2023 at about 9:10pm. I went thur the drive thur. I asked for large fries with no salt for my 18 month old. I got my order, and the fries were salty and cold. I don't know if the gentleman in the drive thur did it on purpose or he just doesn't care. And I told him what I wanted in English and Spanish. And it's not about the money it's about the bad customer service. I told him the fries were for my 18 month old also."
