The UPS Store

"My girlfriend went to the store on 2/22/24 right before 10am. She went to drop off an Amazon return. There were two men working, one older, one younger. The older one is who took her order. Once it was her turn in line she greeted the man, who didn’t even look at her. He then held out a scanner for the QR code required for Amazon returns. Printed the receipt to her with no further explanation and turned to walk away. I think a little better customer is definitely warranted. Just wanted to let you know, I used to be a business owner myself for many years and customer service is paramount. Have a good day, God bless, Peter"

"I dropped off a package here and a gentleman named Hudson was helping me. I asked him for a receipt and he said that they couldn't give me a receipt until UPS picked it up because they were a third party site. I was skeptical needless to say. A couple of days later when UPS picked it up I was notified by an email from Hudson including the tracking number. In today's world I am very impressed that this went so smoothly. Thank you Hudson"
