"This place tried to kill me by serving me over salted fries… so salty to the point it was inedible. Like they used a whole container of Morton just in my one serving of large size fries. It seemed the cook just said screw it, because the ridiculous large amount of glistening salt was so obvious that the fries look like churros covered in sugar."

"Aside from the employees who I know are phenomenal kids from Tate, I am almost always disappointed with the slow service inside. Priority is given to drivethru for sure. I placed my order at 3:38 via the mobile app, arrived around 3:45 and checked in. My shake was brought out within less than 2 minutes and I was told the order was being made. As I am sitting waiting, the soda fountain was being serviced, when a bulb was all of a sudden dropped and exploded glass all over the place, including me, to the point I had to dump glass pieces out of my socks and shoes. No manager ever came out to address the exploding bulb, other than to say to "get someone on that" as far as cleaning up the glass. I watched as several pickup orders came in and out in a matter of minutes and finally asked at 4:08 if my order was still not ready because another pickup was placed on the counter for another person who had just come in for a few minutes. The employee told me it was actually my order that she had just told the lady it was hers, so my food was almost given to the wrong person. She apologized and I asked how long it had been sitting there as the burger was almost cold and the lettuce on my chicken sandwich was almost black from sitting in the bag from the heat of the sandwich which was barely warm at this point as well. My order was re-made in less than 8 minutes which is great, but too little too late. Also, only a few clean tables in the entire restaurant. I actually gave up the clean table I was sitting at to a couple looking for a table because I was just waiting on my food to take to go."

"The kids need to listen to what we ordered. Double double is: double cheese double meat. Wow!"

"Food took a little time but I'm always happy to wait for fresh food. The onion rings were super hot and crispy. My burger was cooked just right and it was delicious. I got the patty melt. It had 2 burgers on it. Lot of food. My wife enjoyed fresh chicken strips with gravy. Thank you. Will be back."
