Rick, a respected gunsmith and hunter, has honed his craft in various environments, from Colorado to Kansas, and from Alabama to Africa. His passion for firearms began in his youth in rural Pennsylvania and Kansas, and after college, he apprenticed with master gunsmiths in Lawrence, Kansas. In 1972, Rick and his wife Jami purchased Lock and Gunsmith, a well-established business at the time, but lacking a true gunsmith.
