"At $250 per night you would expect a lot more... Room was so so, and the place was run down for being in such a nice area... Service SUCKED as they had no way to do laundry, no washer and dryer... Location was ok..."

"RUN RUN RUN DO NOT STAY HERE! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! The entire hotel has air scrubbers blowing on every way. The entire hotel smells like wet dog. If I could have canceled this reservation I would have. Haven’t been able to take a warm shower all weekend. Our room is crawling with ants everywhere. Next to the beds, night stand tables, bathroom floors, counters. Beds are hard as a rock. They are new which confirms another post about bed bugs ugh. Why didn’t I read reviews before booking this. My mom told me my aunt and uncle booked this place. Turned out they’ve never stayed here. Had it not been for that I wouldn’t have stayed here."

"When I checked in, they confirmed I had booked two nights. The next day they said we had to leave because we had only booked one night and had to leave. They did not offer to help find another hotel to stay at which I did on my own at another IHG hotel. I have stayed here due to location. First time the smoke alarm was beeping and they asked me to change rooms because they had no one to change the battery. Parking is terrible. If you have not checked in, you have to walk on a public road to the front office. The worst part of this hotel is that housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 7am the day of check out. If you do not answer, they try to enter your room."

"The good: Relatively good value for the area, beds are comfortable, room had no odors and was clean, rooms don't let in much hallway or neighboring room noise, wifi worked well (16 Mbps download speed in the morning). Breakfast has yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled and cold hard-boiled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, pancake maker, and pretty good medium roast coffee. The not so great: The "heated" pool isn't although it is open if you want a chilly dip. Shower showed its age. Didn't always get enough (2) towels replaced."

"This is an old, tired property which is not up to the typical Holiday Inn standards we have been accustomed to. Calling it a 3 star hotel would be a stretch. 2.5 at best. Running toilet and shower faucet, shower curtain rod that won't keep the shower curtain closed at either side, mattresses too soft. We are checking out after 2 of our 4 night stay to go elsewhere."
