"I always get my food from here, but this time I was very disappointed. My orange chicken many of the chicken was over cooked. I order sweet and sour pork couldn't find the pork. They also forgot to send the sauce with it. I felt like I was eating dough balls. The egg Foo Yung was good and the roast pork lo mein was good .egg rolls were good just a little salty for me. I hope there not going down because they usually very good"
"Ordered house special fried rice with chicken pork and shrimp as advertised. Prder came and was just plain fried rice. No meat, no vegatables, 3 micro shrimp on top. Absolutely horrible. No ethics at all. Refused redund or exchange. Disputed with bank."
"The only Chinese food I eat is curry shrimp so I can't speak on anything else. I was terrified to try this place, because I'm very particular about this dish. My favorite Chinese place is 45 min away and it's just too far for a quick craving. New Shanghai is amazing from the service to the food! Jenny is the sweetest and very kind. Everything was cooked to perfection and the place was clean. I'll definitely be back. Don't let negative reviews deter you from given this restaurant a chance. The pictures doesn't do it justice but the portion was huge and the price is fair."
"It's simply okay. The girl that runs the counter is always very kind and helpful with the menu but the food is simply sub-par. Isn't super flavorful but isn't too bad either. It's okay if you're in the area and they're the only ones open at the time. They also have a small shop with miscellaneous items. It's your typical Chinese food spot with a couple of menu standouts such as Philly cheese egg rolls and plantains which some other Chinese food spots don't have. Overall I don't mind it sometimes. It's hit or miss depending on the cook."
