You are a champ for dealing with me off my meds (because of Walgreens!!!) and a rockstar for still helping me out. Your manager Kati and fellow employees suck for real though lol, but it's okay I'll let corporate know everything, including how awesome you were Kim and how appallingly different your co-workers were!! "Lead pharmacy tec was insanely condescending even after I jumped through the necessary hoops to get my medication I need to be stable. Filling my remaining prescriptions and Never coming back. She talked down to me like a drug addicted hoodlum and kept changing her reasoning as to why she would not give me my medication. The remaining pharmacy staff are so kind and helpful and sweet and were able to get me my medication. Props to them but never coming back due to that woman. Not everyone is abusing the system and some sensitivity training needs to be in place"

"Celine went out her way to help..She drove to another store to get my meds that the store was out of and I was out of. She called me to let me so that I come in to pick up my medicine."

"I never thought I would even leave a review for a pharmacy, but wow. Waited an hour in the drive through line, to end up leaving. Went inside and another customer stated they’re under staffed. Look, I totally get being understaffed but in the end this is not a restaurant, it’s a PHARMACY. people need their medication and don’t have hours everyday to try and get it!! At least explain the situation to people waiting instead of just ignoring them. Run from this pharmacy! Lol"

"The head pharmacist treats patients like they know nothing and disregards their valid questions simply to act holier than tho. I am a type 1 diabetic who he told that I had better make the two insulin pens last 50 days. When I explained I am prescribed 12 units a day but need to discharge units to test the needle flow each day before I inject he not only told me I do not and continued to argue it, he also condescendingly highlighted one step on the printed Tresiba directions. I returned the printed directions after boxing in the two steps before the one he highlighted which clearly state to dial up two units, and then hold down the button until the dial goes to 0 to ensure that insulin comes out; and to repeat if not, and then repeat again with a new needle if not."
