“Great experience. This was my very first time leaving my pup at a boarding facility for seven days while on a cruise. I can see for a fact when I got my pup back he was in great shape. They took great care of my little pup. I would definitely recommend them for boarding with no hesitation at all. Staff are extremely friendly and for me that’s a BIG deal for leaving my baby Champ. “Today was the second time I went to this clinic, and my doctor’s name is Nancy Lim, and her assistant’s name is Lyne. Believe me, they are wonderful together, I am very happy to be taken care of by them! They also don't over-complicate their explanation of vaccines, shots, meds, or procedures for my pets which makes taking care of them so much easier. Thank you for your great service! He came across as confident & highly skilled when working w/ me on my crown today… but what made him stand out the most was his kind, calm, and professional bedside manner. He kept me informed w/ each step, checked in on me intermittently, and w/ his gentle, caring demeanor, he made me “feel” taken care as a “human being” first, before being seen as a “patient.” It made the lengthy process more manageable because of these, often overlooked, human touches & interactions that he wove in — and so naturally too, like a dance. As patients in a dental chair, professionals can easily focus on the mechanics and forget the vulnerability of a patient (not to mention, it can be anxiety-provoking for many patients as well). So…. especially in these busy times, excellent bedside manner/customer service like this gentleman’s should be acknowledged & praised so we can reinforce it. Andreas could teach a masterclass on this in case anyone is interested. Take care of that one…he’s a gem. He deserves a raise! Truly among the best and there aren’t enough stars!”

Make you feel in great hands! Being able to do an Ultrasound in the office is very convenient and to make it better the Ultrasound tech was super professional and knew exactly how to perform the exam helping with the minimize any unnecessary discomfort! Im beyond gratefully that I found this office. As a Health Care professional myself I have to say that finding an office where everything professional is aline with the same professionalism is not as easy as we wish! “My family has gone to this dentist for several visits over the last year and we absolutely love it! Dr McCoy does a great job and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. The dental hygienist is awesome. She takes the time to educate you on how to care for your teeth at home and gives suggestions that cater to your specific needs. The front desk staff are fabulous! They are so friendly and funny. They give the place a very laid back vibe- which is great if your nervous about dental work. They helped us go over treatment plans and prioritize the work to be done according to what we can afford and what insurance will cover. They didn't pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable at any time. As another reviewer stated, they don't do root canals here. But I wouldnt let that discourage you. They gave me a referral for my root canal, which wasn't a big deal, and I came back for my crown. But everything else we needed has been done in-office. (Some of which was rather extensive, including extractions, and a bridge.) They are prompt also, never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby. We have really enjoyed our experience and will continue to use them!!”
