Bobby himself came out after install to ensure happiness and went above and beyond. 4 stars is strictly because of communication throughout the process and scheduling the install. "Contacted for a 8ft ceiling for our screen room we expressed we wanted to put up ceiling fans to Bobby . Finished porch had 7 ft 6 inches a half foot short from what we contracted ,The roof panels with electrical hookup where put in the wrong places which cost us and extra $700 dollars and are unusable and the roof leaks it been repaired twice . Unhappy"

"Jan. 2024 UPDATE SEE PICTURES BELOW Florida glass tearing away from cage frames (4 so far) & ripping. We were told to expect to replace it in about 10 years. It's not even 2 1/2 yrs. since it was installed. Weatherstripping coming away from bottom of screen doors letting the critters in. Not going to bother calling. ZERO Customer service Update 2023. We have been waiting almost 5 months for a service call on the racked rail from Hurricane Ian which we were more than willing to pay for. If you are too busy or do not want to take care of us, it would be courteous to let us know that. We are not exactly enjoying looking at the blocks holding the panoramic screen down. Picture attached below. 2021 Bobbie went the extra mile making 3 trips to our home helping us plan our panoramic pool cage. Very happy with son, Robbie, & crew, who built it."

"Contracted with them through our pool company. Not a very good experience. There are multiple areas of our screen that we're not closed in or trimmed properly so it's open to the elements letting bugs get in. I've been working on getting them to come out and repair these areas for the past 4 months. They say they're going to come out but then I see nobody and nothing gets fixed. Also on the original install they install the door wrong. Now the latch plate is stripped out and the door won't close properly. I've advised them about this as well and still no one to come out. The customer service of this company is absolutely horrible. If someone would be available for a phone call from the company to address my issues and concerns I would greatly appreciate it."

"Called on November 15th to get an estimate for new gutters. Called last week on the 1st and was told the estimate still wasn't ready and there was no idea when it would be, that someone would call when it was. I know contractors are busy with work, but if they don't want the job just be upfront. Sad to leave this review as they came highly recommended."
