"This place is the worst place that I have ever lived at. The customer service from the staff in the leasing office is terrible , the apartments are infested with roaches. I would not recommend this place to anyone it’s not worth it. They are only interested in collecting money , if you have a maintenance issue, they don’t fix it they give you the run around. They charged me after I moved out for a carpet that was damaged due to a leakage that happened when I moved in that was from someone upstairs that left their pipe on and these people charged me after I moved out for a carpet that’s not even my fault that it was damaged and what’s even worst I found out a couple days ago that they reported it to the credit bureau. Do not rent from this place. They will do everything to not give your deposit back."

"Small rooms and a lot of roaches. Bathroom tub was painted over and everytime we took a shower it would come off on our feet. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.. They will hold the deposit and charge you for things that was already damaged before you move in."

"Worst apartment EVER, the manager is very unprofessional. She has no manners what so ever. She gossips about the tenant to others. She need to be terminated immediately. She had no respect for ANYONE. If I had the chance to give them less than one star I would. The place is infested with roaches and mold. It's an unfit place for kids and need to be shutdown ASAP. I don't feel Safe living here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even a dog."

"Bad place to live, still has a roach problem I’m sure. The owner is dishonest, lacking integrity. I was place in collections without any knowledge after moving out. Always paid rent on time, people cars were being broken into and when I asked what could be done there was nothing, the manager of the place seem to careless. I was glad my lease was up. I later found out I was placed in collections for damages which was never explained upon leaving!!! If you ever lived here please check your credit please. I working on resolving this issue now!!! Disputing it does nothing... if you know someone who lives here ask them to check their credit also! March 17, 2021 Update.... I ended up clearing this off my credit by reporting the collection agency to the BBB got harassment due to them being incapable of providing me with anything itemized and signed by me agreeing to the damages!"

"Not a good experience living here. Will NOT be renewing lease here. The noise is NONSTOP. People always blowing their horns OR parking up and keep their music going no matter the time, for long periods of times. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. I mean EVERYWHERE!!!! in the units. Manager always complaining if your standing outside your own unit. BUT doesn't work on controlling the noise. How is standing outside your own apartment, just getting fresh air an issue? This is an Expensive place for what you get."
