"Never again. The unit was working until he messed with it. Then, he had to change the compressor. Released the freon into the atmosphere. Which is a violation of EPA. Scratched everything up. Stripped out all the screws. Left wires hanging out. It's not acceptable work."
"The fan in my outside unit stopped working early in the morning, in the middle of summer, hi temperature and humidity, obviously the house felt very warm. Called the company and talked with Ryan, he was very nice and engaging right away. Within an hour he was at the house checking the system, old unit, more than 15 years of action, a repair was optional and offered, but a change was needed. Ryan gave me the options, and we decided to upgrade our system. A couple of hours later his crew was at the house doing the changes, everything went very smoothly and the guys from the crew were good, organized and very clean. By the end of the day my new system was up and running without any issues."
