"Very unprofessional and will scam you out of your own settlement. After the settlement was resolved, I received multiple bills, and their response was "not required to pay them." After Specifically stating in many occasions that I wanted all bills to be paid for, and their response was "of course, yes." Tried to get a hold of the owner and all they did was play phone tag and send me straight to a paralegal and not even to an attorney. Wouldn't recommend them to no one."
