"They violate their own policies then try to make the consumer pay for it. They don't deliver the product when they are supposed to then try to keep from giving a refund. When challenged about their business practices they try to search for excuses and make it the consumer's error for them not shipping the product."

"This place is a rip off we had our first appointment which was supposed to be free .they gave first treatment in the office that work, so they gave us this long speech about how the process work and it would cost 10,000 which we couldn't afford. The technician asked us how much we could afford we told him 500 he stated he could give us 15 treatments if we put down 250 and the balance would be due in one month and we could pick up the medication in 5 days when we did not hear from them in 5 days we called back the clinic to get a different story and of course the technician was not available they said we would have to pay the balance to get any medications of course we are not going to give any more of our money because they we not trustworthy so they got our 250 for nothing.Its our fault I always check reviews before I pay my money but unfortunately for me this time I didn't , my bad so I blocked the additional funds. This place is a scam so buyer beware we did not even see a doctor just a fast talking technician how do you people sleep at night knowing you guys are scamming innocent people living on fixed income don't worry your day is coming scam artists a"

"I think they are a total rip off anymore. I have been a client since 2010 or 11 and was on the same medicine and dosage the whole time and very happy with the results until my last 2 orders. About a year and a half ago they called me about a promo offer that included 90 shots. I bought it and once I received it, I saw that they had changed both the prescription and dosage. When I tried it, it didn’t work. I asked my salesmen why it was changed and by who and he said it was my problem and I needed to talk to the pharmacy. I left 2 messages and big surprise no return phone calls. I then drove 7 hours to a clinic to be told to triple the dosage. 90 now went to 30 very expensive shots. When I was there, I met one of the owners who told me to contact him on the next order. Nine phone calls between 2 clinics later, nobody had a phone number or email address, and was told by 4 people they would get back to me. I’m still waiting. A new manager, the next order included shots, with a new prescription and dosage again that works worse than the last one, cream that has done nothing and a procedure that I paid for and tried to schedule twice but again no return phone calls. Both times the technician has not been in when I called and has not returned either message. I have spent over 5000 dollars on my last 2 orders, and nothing works and its my fault that the prescription and dosage has been changed even though I am not the one that changed it. I don’t know what has changed at these clinics but the people I dealt with up until now never would have done this."
