"Can never get ahold of anyone. Never see my MD. And the APRN literally blows off all my concerns like everything is normal. Literally just get rushed out of the room everytime and it's really unsettling."

"Truly one on of the absolute worst services I have ever experienced, and that is counting the places responsible for my medical PTSD. The staff is unprofessional, I was told one thing on the phone and another at check in. It took me several months to finally get an appointment, and the day of my appointment I was told I had to wait in order to receive the procedure because the doctor had to go out of town, and would have to call the following day to set up my new appointment for the following month. Once I tried calling no one answered, I ended up leaving several voicemails and calling then 9 times& was still unable to set up the new appointment. If you have any chance of going elsewhere DO IT! Those at this clinic do not know what they are doing, at one point I had to explain to them that what they were saying was incorrect, they tried telling me that if you are pregnant you could NEVER get a period, when it is scientifically proven that some people who are pregnant can still get a period while pregnant, and as someone who has studied medicine I could not be more shocked at what they were telling me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and have an infection due to the fact that what my obstetrician prescribed me for it didn’t work. I called the emergency number, no one answered and their voicemail isn’t set up. They should have a functioning emergency number I can call. I shouldn’t have to call the hospital I’m planning to give birth at. It says online that they’re open 7:45 am to 8 pm Monday-Friday but that is incorrect. On their doors at the clinic, it says they’re open 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Thursday and they’re open 8 am to 1 pm on Fridays. They should really update their hours online so patients don’t call and waste their time driving over there so they can be seen. They’re supposed to be open at 8 am but there has been days I came and the doors were still locked and I wasn’t let inside until twenty minutes later. Even when you are seen, you’re taken in sometimes 30 minutes to an hour later than when your appointment was actually set for. Most of the nurses and doctors are nice but I’m prone to infections and I’ve had one doctor judge me because of that. I shouldn’t have to worry about if I’ll have an infection when I’m going into labor or be this stressed out with only 6 days left until my due date. I cannot wait until I have the baby and finish my check up appointments after the fact because I’m calling my insurance and changing my OBGYN immediately. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant or planning on being pregnant. Do yourself a favor and never go there. This place should be closed down."

"I move out of state 1 year ago and just came back. When I call to make an appointment the staff was very polite and friendly. When my appointment day came in the front staff was extremely nice. There was no wait time before I saw the doctor. The doctor answer all of my questions and ask me at the end if there anything else that she can help me with? Not many doctors do that anymore. I definitely didn’t feel like I was just another patient to see. I felt like I matter! Definitely will be going back to them. Highly recommended for your women’s health needs."
