"I was fine until he told me that the nook was 40 extra. It isn’t even that big. Then he said that the tiles have a color seal on it and the cleaning process might take it off. He said that he can put in a new color seal for an extra $200.00. I said HELL NO! I’m from NY it’s going to take a lot more to hustle me from my money. These companies try to get you with all these hidden fees. I hate that!"
