"This property management company should offer no stars or mi nus stars. The good reviews you see are often written by their friends and family to offset the negativity. Thankfully, I dodged a bullet from Renee just based on our text interaction. Too many things to list, but basically they are con artists and liars. Renter beware....Run! You do NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Believe what you are reading there is a reason."

"You can see the lack of professionalism based off of the responses to their negative google reviews. I also wanted to wait until I moved out to leave an honest review in fear of retaliation. Last year a water pipe collapsed under my home, and they made me pay for my own hotel and still tried to charge me rent for the 3 weeks that my home was inhabitable. I had to call daily for 2 weeks and send multiple emails until there was a resolution. The pipe was fixed, but my yard still remains muddy with dirt piles and the cosmetic work was never repaired inside of the home. Renee is unresponsive, rude and impossible to get a hold of. This is just one example. DO NOT utilize this management company if you are an owner. If you are a tenant tread lightly and only communicate in writing."

"Sure wish negative stars was an option. This is a Horrible management group, don't care at all about people. The living environment that is acceptable by their standards is not even a way any human should live. In southeast Naples is a wonderful little trailer park, wonderful people, very family oriented, but the trailer itself should never be allowed by code enforcement to be inhabitable the floor are falling out, water is YELLOW yes well water but you can't even own light colored clothes, cook with the water, damn sure can't drink it!!! Yes this group will respond with I was evicted..... Well no kidding, why should I have paid rent when I spent days...DAYS without water (always something wrong with the well pump.). Could not even flush a toilet but they didn't even offer a helpful solution or even respond back therefore we had to sit with feces in our toilets dirty dishes in our sinks nobody would respond the only person that is to be thanked forever having water here would be the county water guy that would finally come and fix it cuz he felt bad for us. Not to mention when there was an electrical problem in one of the trailers that caused the trailer to burn to the ground the family was displaced and the management group and even the owner didn't seem to care just put this family on the street wouldn't buy them a new trailer said they would offer to pay for motels and didn't I know what times I'm not the perfect tenant but come on please I beg you to take my advice and never ever rent any place that is under this Management group they have no care for life they work 9 to 5:00 Monday through Friday you got a problem on the weekend that is too bad for you hate giving bad reviews but this was ridiculous circumstances for anybody to be in hardworking men and women laborer men and women couldn't even shower for a week once come on code enforcement needs to step up the State of Florida should step up this Management group needs to be brought to Justice sorry for the bad review may God bless anyone that has to deal with these people."

"The worst business i’ve ever had to deal with. I lived in one of their property’s for 23 months. After the first year i wanted to renew my lease and i would call and email them at least twice a week, i could never get ahold of Renee. She was always “busy” but her assistant would always say she would give me a call back as soon as possible…… NEVER would get the call. I finally gave up and continued to just pay rent month to month. 7 months after that i was told they were raising our rent $700….insane. I decided to move out and one i did i called about my security deposit. Again, could NEVER talk to Renee and was always promised a call back. After 6 weeks of hearing absolutely nothing from her i became very annoyed. It took her 8 weeks for her to get me my security deposit back( way past the legal time of getting it back). They gave me back less then half of my security deposit, charging us for basic wear and tear. Absolutely terrible place to rent from i would NEVER recommend anyone to rent from them. Renee is laziest and most unprofessional brokers i’ve EVER dealt with. Do NOT rent from them. Also, don’t plan of getting your security deposit back if you have any “wear and tear”. They also take advantage of you because of your age, so if your under 30 you won’t be taken serious. I’ve honestly never had such a bad experience with any business and have never wrote a review for any one but after my experience with them, i felt like it was only right to share how awful they are."
