"my friend came for first time, thought it would be a good experience but the lady she got was terrible. She left her nails looking like bubbles…she paid 60$!!! Unbelievable. i don’t know the lady’s name i’ll be sure to find out next time, stay clear of her!"

"This was awful. All the nail beds on my left hand sting when i wash my hands EVEN WITHOUT SOAP. The person who took my NexGen off kept shredding layers of nail to the point I had to tell them to please move to the next nail multiple times because they were hurting me. My hands reflexed to jump back without me trying because i felt a sharp burning. Taking them off at home would be safer at this point. As my nails grow out you can see a significant difference in the thickness of my nail and you shouldn't be able to notice it this much. I don't recommend getting Nex Gen with them but they will nag you to get it. The customer service is also not the best. Just overall do not recommend."
