Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Orlando, FL at Waterford Lakes

"Tonight we celebrated Valentine's day a bit early due to my work schedule. We booked through OpenTable & added a note to be seated in a booth off to the side. Cooper's Hawk did an amazing job at accommodating our requests. Started the meal with the calamari - sooo good(please excuse the picture, we dug in before I remembered to take a quick pic)! The sweet chili oil mixed with the salty calamari was an excellent touch. For the main course, we had the best thing Cooper's Hawk as to offer(besides the wine) on the menu...their short rib risotto. HANDS DOWN the best risotto anywhere in Orlando or anywhere in the U.S. for that matter. Highly recommend. To top the night off, we chose the Smores dessert and it was absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of marshmallow, Graham cracker & custard. Great place for date night or just really good food!"

"This place is pricier but the food really is good. We got the pretzel pork chop, meatballs and burrata, short ribs, and peanut butter chocolate mousse. The sangria was passion fruit and reasonable for Orlando prices at 10$. Most wines are 15$ per glass and most entrees range around 30$. There are wine flights and a wine club. I love the little wine bar and shop in the front. A nice place for a date but it becomes very busy. We have had it so busy they wouldn't even take people on the list... So come early like 5pm or get a reservation."

It is a popular place so expect a crowd during nights and weekends. The service was excellent, the food, specially the entrees were delicious. I recommend it to the wine lovers."

"Having been going here for the last few years, I can say this place is fun and has really great food! Their wine is also really amazing, especially their bubbly sangrias! They have a big menu with lots to choose from and usually have seasonal specials. Great atmosphere and amazing food!"

"Cooper’s Hawk is always a great place for drinks and a nice dinner date. First time at this location and had a pleasant experience. We made dinner reservations the night before and thankfully helped us avoid the 1hr+ wait at dinner time. Their servers are nice and well informed. We were offered samples from their wine barrel and enjoyed a nice flight of wines. Their potstickers were tasty and their magical dining is a $40 dinner option which includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert from a selected menu. The short rib risotto is tender and to die for. My pork chops were moist and beautiful combination of flavors. My boyfriend and I split their chocolate cake and were very satisfied with our choice. Definitely coming back to eat here again!"
