Open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Center offers a fun and educational experience for visitors of all ages. Overlooking Tampa Bay, the Center provides an underwater view of marine life below the historic Anna Maria City Pier. Visitors can interact with Mote educators and volunteers, learn about the local marine environment, and engage in hands-on activities such as an interactive touch pool exhibit and a “Draw Alive” station. The Center aims to increase ocean literacy and appreciation for coastal habitats through its various programs. Please note that programs may be canceled in case of inclement weather or adverse marine conditions. For a guaranteed entry, it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance.
