"Horrible wait staff - borderline rude. She also missed several opportunities to upsell options that we wanted. A couple dishes came out and they didn't look anything as expected. My wife's dish looked like a soup, and it certainly wasn't supposed to be. We weren't impressed at all. The other servers seem to be much better than ours, and more friendly. We were greeted nicely upon arrival. It was all downhill from there. Oh, and there was some weird techno music playing for breakfast...???"

"We visited Tortuga Jacks for sunrise breakfast on Sunday morning and everything was delicious. The service was quick and the waitresses were all friendly and took time to greet us when walking by. Highly recommend. It has a cool atmosphere inside. We ate outside but I thought the bar looked so cool when we walked by."
"Food was large portions and quite tasty. Needs a little seasoning on the eggs. Atmosphere was really great. Good view of the ocean. Service though attentive at times, didn’t bring extra napkins when requested"
"We love this place, both upstairs and downstairs. The breakfast has been excellent, fast and with beautiful views. The most important thing I have to highlight is its staff. Always, and we have come several times, they are kind, friendly, fast and very professional. They make you feel comfortable here and not just a customer they have to serve. Definitely a 10 for the service."
