"Yesterday (7/3/18) I stopped at the 7-Eleven convenient store on 34th Street and 53rd Avenue in Bradenton Florida. I got full tank of gas and purchased $8 express car wash. When I started washing I noticed that there was no water and soap available, and my car was given dry washing. That was real express wash with spinning brushes, spot free rinse and dry air blowing at the end. I went to counter and a rude conceited cashier called me “honey” and asked what the problem was. I explained to cashier Kelly that I purchase express car wash and my car was still dirty because the washing machine did not work appropriately with no water and soap. With her anger she increased her voice and said: “I do not care what country you are from. But in this country machines do not work forever”. I was like what are you talking about and explained that as a customer I am not satisfied with their business and want to talk to a manager. She then said that manager Kathy was in the bank and I needed to wait. I had been waiting for 5-10 minutes and started taking pictures of the gas station for evidence. She saw that and offered me a refund while giving me hard time and insulting me. Please stay away from 7-Eleven in Bradenton, FL"
