"Had been referred by Coleman offices to call to get some questions answered about audits for HOA was told these where the ones to call. Not only did I NOT GET ask any questions I left my number being told I would hear back from someone. I heard back from the receptionist who took my call about 4 hours later saying that they were unable to help me? They didn't even know what I wanted help with ! I will be sure to notify Coleman attorney's to let them know NOT to refer anyone to them in the future. Do you think they'd have the courtesy to at least call me and see what it was I needed. Whatever happened to customer service it's a thing of the past such a Shame !!!!"
