"I would like to say the atmosphere is great. But the young lady who name is “Scout” lacked courtesy and etiquette. I was in there picking up an order and she was having a conversation with two gentleman who were Caucasian and I was standing there for at least 2 minutes with NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I kindly waited then she looks at me and says picking up? I gladly reply”Good Morning “ and told her I was picking up a order. Then another lady walks in and stands behind the two gentlemen, and she politely says hello, good morning to the woman standing behind them I’m saying this, because this is Starbucks usually it’s a welcome to Starbucks. Good morning. She completely lacked etiquette, and she disregarded me and it wasn’t until I asked for her name she she shoots to tell me to “have a nice day”. On my way out. She wasn’t even going to acknowledge me even coming out the bathroom on my way out the door if I didn’t ask for her name. So I say this because those people didn’t look like me. I didn’t deserve a good morning because I didn’t look like the people standing in line. And she does not need to be working there if she cannot give everyone a good morning and hello. She Lacked Courtesy and it was deliberate and disrespectful."

"Purchased small hot chocolate 200 pm approx Wednesday today. Small cup only half filled, not hot, barista “no” thank you! Place was empty and staff should do better! He placed a cup on the counter which wasn’t mine as he did not clearly indicate “bark out” the customer name. When I went up take it by accident, he proclaimed “THATS NOT YOURS!!!” I’ll go across the street to Bitty Beaus going forward now where they “appreciate” customers. And, I will tell many others to go the same. Cheers!"
"I dont know what coffee I did get but it is absolutely not what I ordered. they put a sticker over the lip of the cup, which would be fine if it wasnt the crustiest sticker to remove leaving sticker residue ALL over where you would put your lips to. other than that the sandwich was lukewarm to cold in areas."
