"Mismanaged Starbucks. Placed an order. Waited for almost half hour near the pickup. Then went to the counter to ask. Turns out the coffee was made. They forgot to bring it to the pickup area. So I paid $6 for stale and cold coffee."
"I am done. It’s always so awful here. Drinks too sweet or no flavor at all. Never know what you will get. It’s inconsistent and you can tell the people making the drinks do not drink coffee because it never tastes good here, ever. The foam isn’t even right lol. Got a cold brew foam and no foam. Got a latte and no foam. The convenience of how close this place is to home doesn’t matter anymore. I’m so sick of wasting money here. I’ll try out the Elios place or go to Dunkin it’s that bad!!!"
"Someone in the drive thru must have had a large order because we waited a ridiculously long time. Not their fault to be fair. However our breakfast was cold and my daughter’s iced coffee was watered down from sitting. The focaccia was not even warm and the cheese and egg were disgusting. Maybe, just maybe they should prep orders when the driver is waiting. To wait so long and then be disappointed in the food is inacceptable."
