"I ordered curbside pick up today for lunch and checked in the parking spot number once I arrived, I waited 30 minutes in my car and nobody came out with my order.. I go inside to see if maybe they were still cooking or bagging it up and see that my order was bagged up and ready to go just sitting there on the counter for who knows how long! It took an additional 3-5 minutes on top of that just for someone to come to the counter to help me . And of course when I walked back to my car to open up my order all the food was cold. This was really such frustrating and disappointing customer service, not sure if I’ll be back again for the lunch specials."
"Visited during the weekday at dinner time. The restaurant wasn't too busy, but it might as well have been because we had to wait around 10 minutes for the hostesses to tend to us. Once seated, our server was super nice and attentive. She was always around for refills and was super nice. Our food was delicious and freshly made. Will definitely return to this location since their food was like the commercials."
"Hurray!!!!!! Your eating in a nationwide chain!!!! To hell with regionalism or creativity! Did you remember to wear your required 15 pieces of flair? I had to eat here when I was in Orlando because my father is a super picky eater. What can I say, it's casual chain dinning. Chilis, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Max and Erma; they are all the same. That said you know what you are getting and it's good for what it is"
"Justin and staff here at this location are absolutely amazing. Also, Mike the drink runnner is always on point making sure everyone’s drinks are refilled!!!! They are just very attentive and the food is always fresh and hot. Great job everyone"
