"I ordered online and sadly only was able to go in the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich which I’m happy they got correct but the filet was so dark I thought it was blackened at first. Didn’t look appetizing and after I took a big to try, it didn’t taste very good I just threw away. I had a long day of flying I didn’t want to go back. I tried calling but no one answered"
"The quality has been on the downhill slide since the pandemic. Once this location fully opened back up, the service has been subpar and the food has been even worse. This is the sandwich I received. I would like to think after spending almost $8 on just the sandwich the presentation would be better especially since they barely put any pimento cheese on here."
"I really want to like this location bc it's still fairly new. Every time I go with my kids, IM really disappointed that the kids play area is dirty. I have dragged them out crying and upset. The flooring is falling apart and pieces of it are tracked throughout the tunnel and steps. The shoe rack isn't being properly used and there are no benches that I remember for parents to sit and watch after their children. I mentioned it the 1st time, and they said someone would clean it, but that didn't happen. Now I know this is the norm for this location when I came back a week later same conditions. Lots of young people are working at this location as well. No comments cards in the front or dining room. The location on Orange Ave doesn't seem to have this issue. Always clean and welcoming"
"Seriously the fastest I’ve ever ordered and received food at any chick-fil-a before. This location definitely has their system down! Everyone was friendly. The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing and the grilled chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce and ranch were perfect! I would recommend both of these items all day every day at this location!"
