However, when picking it up today at 5 pm, as stated on the receipt, we found the uniform still dirty and wrinkled. To our astonishment, the attendant acted unexpectedly, asserting that my wife should have specified she wanted the uniform cleaned. We were taken aback, as isn't cleaning an inherent part of the dry cleaning process? Furthermore, courteous service is essential and anticipated in any establishment. To highlight the issue, my wife made sure to take photos of the uniform while still at the dry cleaner's facility, displaying its current condition. It's crucial to underscore the significance of having a uniform in pristine condition for the AIRFORCE program since its presentation is a graded criterion. I'm sharing this experience to caution other parents, hoping to avert similar unfortunate events for other students in the future."
