Dr. Catherine Funes is a cognitive and behavioral psychologist located at the Hallandale Medical Center in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Specializing in human learning and development, Dr. Funes helps individuals overcome problem behaviors and offers expertise in clinical neuropsychology. Her therapy specialties include mood disorders, grief, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Dr. Funes earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from Florida International University before completing her doctoral training in clinical psychology at Carlos Albizu University in Miami. She completed her predoctoral internship in neuropsychology at the University of Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital and is currently finishing her fellowship in neuropsychology at Hallandale Medical Center.
