"I am so happy! From the first phone call to Gene and Anthony cleaning my carpets. I am so pleased with the job Gene and Anthony did. They were on time, professional, courteous and informative. Gene answered all of my questions and even gave me helpful advice before he left. I took his advice and put a towel at the bottom of the stairs until the carpet has dried. "We made an appointment to have a large sectional cleaned. The back of it had been peed on by the family dog a lot. We tried to clean it ourselves but the results were less than satisfactory. I was amazed they were able to get this clean. It had been a couple yrs since it had last been professionally cleaned. Jeremy and Eddie were excellent! Very professional and thorough. They took this on like a personal challenge. It looks brand new!! I was so happy with their work that I asked it they could clean a leather loveseat we had as well. Would definitely recommend and we will call them again! Thanks guys!!!"
"Don’t let this company touch your air conditioning. I had them out to clean my ducts before I knew it without them even asking my permission to cut a hole in the side of ac insulation it was done. They patched it guaranteed it would hold however twice the hole has opened up and 3 times they’ve been back to repair it. Now the materials they used to patch the hole is continuously giving me a mold problem - in the 6 years I’ve owned the house I’ve never had this problem. Completely regret having the ducts cleaned now as they’ve continuously caused nothing but problems with AC opening up and now mold. This is not the type of workmanship anyone wants done in your house."
