"I went in on Saturday around 2:45. I stated that I wanted to have Victoria cut my hair as she did a great job on my previous visit. This was the only reason I was going back. The girl at the front desk informed my they couldn't get me in that day. I asked about maybe another stylist. She said, "no, you will need to make an appointment for tomorrow (Sunday). The last time I went in she had no interest in trying to be helpful. I went in and asked about a haircut. She said, I'll have to see if we have someone available. She has no clue of customer service. I went to Hair cuttery right across the street. Got me right in, did a great job and for less money. Thanks for making it easy on me and Victoria sorry she cost you a customer."
