"I enjoyed the meal a lot. The végétale tempura was amazing and we tried sushis that were not what I usually ordered because they were interesting in their composition. Very delicious and nice look too. Don't be afraid of the Chili icon beside the sushis, they are not that spicy."

"I was very intrigued when I read the reviews saying they had fresh fish. I’m super picky with sushi and that’s the #1 thing I look/taste for is the freshness and the reviews are spot on. Very fresh fish, perfect amount of rice and they really load the rolls with the fish. Some other places I would experience having rolls that was so heavy on the rice and barely any fish in the rolls. A simple salmon avocado roll or yellowtail and scallion roll was so so good and not overpriced. They have lunch specials for rolls and hibachi which is always great. Everyone was super nice and had a great/positive mood. This is definitely my new favorite lunch spot in the area! Looking forward to try their dinner menu!"

"As I have posted in other places, Asian cuisine isn't as prominent here in the area as it was back up north, especially because we had two Honda assembly plants nearby, so the Japanese establishments were plentiful and all very good back in Ohio. We have stumbled on yet another almost hidden gem in Lakewood Ranch. This place is simply amazing. Small, quaint, and comfortable come to mind upon entry. Excellent service and excellent pricing. The food is spectacular! We started with Gyoza and Veggie Tempuras. Miso is always part of their entrees. I needed a Sushi fix and ordered the Sushi Deluxe (10 pc assorted with tuna roll) and added a couple Unagi (eel). I love Unagi. Would love to have Uni again, but it is so hard to find. Another in our group had Sashimi assorted and the other two had Chicken Teriyaki Bento boxes. All of it was amazingly good. Couldn't pass up some ice cold Mochi for dessert, so we all ordered a different flavor (Mango, Green Tea, Chocolate, & Strawberry). It was so good and refreshing on this mid-90 hot Florida Saturday. Perfect way to end the meal. Nice job!"
