Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"So I go on my lunch break to eat a little bit of Popeyes chicken. Sitting down facing the counter, I observe a white family ( not so clean appearance) buy their food. They sit down and proceed to pilfer through their food. Kid says mom I ordered a Big Mac n cheese. Mom approaches the counter tells the black manager ( black/grey shirt and pants curly short hair) that they ordered a large mac n cheese. Mgr grabs the already pilfered through mac n cheese from customer and puts it back on the heat shelf and hands mom a bigger mac n cheese. Now that’s disgusting. I thought that once food is handed to customer it can’t and shouldn’t be returned for resale. Hwy 231 that’s disgusting. Will not eat there again ."

"I went into the drive thru and placed my order. Traffic was heavy, so I decided to pull into a parking place and eat a little bit and let traffic die down. I open the bag to only find the side item with no chicken. I went into the store, and it appeared to be the manager. maybe or assistant manager at the desk. I explained what happened and she asked me where the sandwich was, I explained that I ordered fried chicken and not a sandwich, It should have been the three piece meal. She was very adamant that I ordered a sandwich. It was finally resolved, but there was much too much drama over the wrong meal, and I had my receipt. I will try it one more time, but if I have a similar experience or my food is wrong, I will be done and not try again. I rarely eat fried chicken and it was very frustrating when the order was wrong. Then I was given regular chicken when I ordered the spicy. SMH - It is fast food chicken. And I just don't think it should be this difficult to get an order correct."

"Horrible wait times, you order and sit in the parking lot for 30 to 45 minutes while one person gabsles the drive thru and runs orders out...the night manager is lazy and entitled. She would rather correct you than help you and she does nothing to help move service faster. Horrible location based on the staff! It starts at the head!"

"The restaurant is clean any time I've been there, the food is pretty good (love their biscuits!), but the service is a hit or miss. When it's a miss, it's a solid miss. Eye contact, a smile, and a greeting goes a long with a guest and I don't usually receive that. Most employees act like they don't want to be there."

"Ok peeps...the new blackened chicken sandwich is fire!!!! I don't like Popeyes but this is a game changer for me. No breading. Delicious flavor. Huge piece of chicken. I brought my own bottle of Frank's to make it a superior sandwich and it did not disappoint. The service and atmosphere was wack. A bunch of kids working there so it was interesting to say the lease."
