I took 2 classes there (boot camp, and Pilates). Both classes were taught by professionals who were knowledgeable and instructive. The facility is clean and well equipped. Overall, my experiences were exceptionally positive."
"Honestly, if I could give them 0 stars - I would. It's the worst gym in Miami - OVERPRICED, small and smells. They treat you well until you sign the contract. Never answer the phone and schedules are very limited. In addition, they towed my car (which I had paid for the parking). To top things off - I had to relocate due to a family emergency and they charged me $1,000 cancellation fee. BEWARE - OVERPRICED and TERRIBLE SERVICE."
"Great gym. Very clean with plenty of equipment. Trainers are very knowledgeable and the classes are always changing. Easy parking as well. Result may vary but I've been training for a little over 3 months and I've lost about 15lbs."
"For me is one of the best gym that I’ve been, since I started around 3 month ago I lost around 25 pounds, but it’s no just that, the trainers are the best all of them. You can feel the family’s ambiance. I recommend this place with my eyes closed"
