“Awesome dojo Sense Dominic and Sense Reace are super great with the students my son has know both senses since he was 5 years old then we moved so had to take him out for a little bit and then one day we came across D3 martial arts and come to find out his senses he knew when he was 5 years old now he's 12 run D3 martial arts and my son said mom dad I want to go there so we put him in and it was the best thing in the world he's doing great and the staff are excellent highly recommend this dojo.”

Respect for themselves and for their parents, teachers, friends, grandparents, etc. The environment at Pro Karate is positive due to the great influence of Sensei Dean and Miss June. These folks are not only incredible owners of the Dojo, but dedicated parents and grandparents. Life time relationships can be built by enrolling your children, teens or yourself into classes. I have two grown nephews who still to this day carry the incredible lessons learned as little boys at Pro Karate. Both are 2nd degree blackbelts and both are very respectful, family oriented young men. I would highly recommend Pro Karate for anyone and everyone. Do yourself a favor and go by Pro Karate to meet Sensei Dean, Miss June and the other Senseis, students and their parents. You'll be glad you did!”

The massage therapists, though mostly just out of school, are talented girls. The physical trainer, Walt, is an athletic fellow who's always willing to help. And then there's Dr. K. “Black Prana Yoga was excellent! Ashley ran a 200hr yoga teacher training course during the pandemic in 2020. I believe I took the course in the summer. It was not easy. I am so glad that the course pushed me physically, mentally and intellectually. We learned about the history, yoga as it relates to the black woman and spirituality. We learned mind/body connection and had a host of professionals teaching different aspects of the practice. Everything was online in zoom and we came together as a group learning and growing deeper in the practice. I hope it hasn’t changed, but I fear it has as her audience grows (as I’ve read some negative reviews) and she learns to manage demand on a larger scale. I hope all the best for Ashley and I am grateful to have gone on my teacher training journey with her and my cohort.”

“I really love the Jungle Bus and even tho it was 2 months before I met the instructor they were always kind over the phone and my daughter seems to love it. I get exited to get the paper that has what they did, how i can practice with my daughter and how she did. The only thing is that I never see her in action on the bus, but I know she's having a good time. I wish they took pictures throughout the sessions and maybe every quarter or season offered books from shutterfly, walgreens, etc. for us to be able to purchase. I would definitely buy it cause I work when she is on the bus. Either way I would definitely encourage people to sign their kids up!!!!”

“I recently treated myself to a birthday massage with Kristen at Wild Rootz Therapeutic and it was the perfect gift to myself. I was suffering from piriformis syndrome pain in my right hip, and my shoulders are always a mess, but after two hours with Kristen, I was not only feeling lighter and taller, but also super relaxed.
