"This is a very nice public. Plenty of parking, and a very clean parking lot. The store was very clean and very well stocked. It was easy to find what we were looking for, while on our travels. "The customer service here is exemplary. My husband and I purchased a pork roast, and a day or two later when I went to prepare it ( well within the expiration date) it had went bad. We ran it back over, and Leslie, the lady at the counter gave us a gift card to replace it. We used it to grab another of the same roast,took it straight home and it, too, had gone bad. Packed it up, hauled it back, and she offered apology as she refunded us yet again. We went to the meat section, but had decided to go with a beef roast this time! We weren't standing long before the butcher, Charlie, came out and asked if we were the ones who had returned the pork roasts. He asked me if I still wanted pork? I told him, no, I think my appetite has been ruined for pork today, but did he have any beef roasts larger than the ones displayed? He asked which cut I had in mind, then disappeared for a bit. He came back, handed me a lovely chuck roast, and had covered the skew with a note not to charge us. I'm sure the pork we got was a bad shipment, as both were dated the same date, and in the same packaging, for several days away, and was an honest mistake on the store's part, but it was a wonderful display of hospitality and customer appreciation to go that extra mile for us. Thank you, Leslie and Charlie! You guys rock!"
