"The staff was 50/50. Some were great, others were not. Dinner in the restaurant took us over 1.5 hours (1 staff for bar and restaurant). Breakfast was much quicker. Food was ok. Our biggest problems were that everything seemed dirty ( every glass we got for a drink was GROSS). We also had at least 10 ladybugs in our room. I know they aren't dangerous but telling a child that at 10 at night isnt fun... no solution or apology offered"
"Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. This hotel is walking distance to a mall, target, and numerous food/shopping options. This hotel has a look and a feel of a Hilton/Marriott but for a fraction of the price. You definitely need a car! On an aside, the breakfast is amazing, made fresh to order!"
"I worked with Mike Kelly (Sales and Catering) during a luncheon and his professionalism is unmatched. The facility is beautiful, super clean and the staff is friendly. The luch was delicious, not your standard baked chicken and potatoes catering menu. They actually had Catfish and Grits on the buffet! The sweet tea was brewed fresh, not powdered and very refreshing."
"I thought I may have checked into the Four Seasons Hotel instead of the Holiday Inn Express. Lol. Seriously, my stay was more like an experience than it was just a stay. The staff is warm and friendly and very attentive. Everything is ridiculously clean. The beds are awesome. Larger size refrigerator in the room, microwave, and all the luxuries from home. Large desk area that's movable with comfortable office chair. Huge glass walk-in showers. Heated pool with a 24-hour fitness sensor that was awesome. Even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet. I was very pleasantly surprised and I would stay at this location again and again. Well Done Holiday Inn express!"
"I have to say I am impressed with the front desk customer service and daily cleaning service . The cleaning staff are wonderful and deserve to be recognized for keeping the rooms cleaned and equipped with necessary items. They may not clean thoroughly every day but they make the bed, along with changing towels and trash, if necessary. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!"
