"Best Dentist visit I’ve had in a while. Great customer service starting from the front desk and immediate service with an appointment. Dr.Lacroze was very professional and welcoming and answered all my questions!"
"Private investigator be careful with this dental office. There is a police corruption taking place within the area. You have a handful of officers contacting the dental office and telling them what to do to people. These officers tell the staff how much to charge patients which patients to help, which patients have money which patient don't money. I came in the office this morning half an hour early and the dentist knew who I was with filling out paperwork. She was told to deny my cigna and take my secondary insurance which has higher costs for treatment. Could be Lauderdale Hill PD or Broward county sheriff department contacting this dental office and the dentist. When Dr. Lacroze read this review she going to know why she was being contacted by an officer because they wanted her to lose the business at the same time rip me off."
"I don’t know where to start off, but very poor communication between the staff. I’m supposed to get my teeth pulled today and no teeth pulled today!!! Mind you I’m in so much pain I wanted this teeth out when I went there last Saturday. Long story short, save your time and money and go some where else that’s more professional, with better communication."
